Tree seedlings make a unique keepsake for your guests to commemorate your love for one another.

We can provide White Spruce seedlings for your special day. White Spruce was chosen as our wedding seedling because it is Manitoba's provincial tree and it can grow in a diversity of locations throughout Manitoba and Canada. White Spruce grows in all soil types and it will grow in full sunlight or shade.

Please note that the tree seedlings will have a 5 inch root plug and are approximately 5 to 8 inches in height.

If the trees seedlings are given out at a winter event, they should be planted in small pots with adequate drainage, i.e hole in pot or a layer of gravel, until outdoor conditions are suitable for planting, usually a few weeks after the last frost. Tree seedlings should be watered regularly but do not need to be fertilized while indoors.

The classic wedding favours consist of White Spruce tree seedlings individually packaged in a cellophane bag with an attached customized thank you card, which includes tree care instructions. They are sold in bundles containing  20 seedlings .

The ecofriendly wedding favours consist of White Spruce tree seedlings individually packaged in a biodegradable, compostable bag tied with a ribbon with an attached customized thank-you card printed on 100 % recycled cardstock, which includes tree planting instructions. They are sold in bundles containing 20 seedlings.

Option 3: Wedding seedlings:
If you want to decorate the tree seedlings yourself, we can supply you with just the tree seedlings. They are sold in bundles containing 20 seedlings.
